Rose Gonzales-Taylor
Owner & Executive Chef
Rose started Gonzales Tacos in 2015 in Chino Ca. She gained a passion for cooking from her mother. Rose creates Authentic Mexican foods that are full of flavor achieved by quality ingredients and her secret blends of spices. Her greatest pleasure comes from seeing people enjoy her food and she says ‘that’s thanks enough’.

Edgar has been with Gonzales Tacos since the beginning. He is always there to help in any way with the business and customers alike. He is an indispensable asset and we are lucky enough to have him on our team.

Gonzales Tacos participates in many Festivals each year. Join us for some delicious food and drinks, mixing and mingling with friends new and old, and enjoy a wonderful time. We missed everyone in 2020 but now that Covid restrictions are lifting, we hope you see you soon!
Inland Empire Salsa Festival
Located in historic downtown Riverside, the Salsa Festival has something for everyone! A guaranteed fun filled day of music, dancing, shopping, and for those thirsty folks a beer garden. But best of all there's Gonzales Tacos!
Michelada Festival
A not to be missed event. Located at the Perris Fairgrounds, The annual Michelada Rumble always has great musical performances and of course micheladas. Stop by Gonzales Tacos for a fantastic food experience!
I.E. Taco Festival
Turning it up each year in Riverside CA, the annual I.E. Taco Festival features live entertainment, a beer & wine garden, kids zone, and the worlds best tacos! ....Gonzales Tacos of course! See you there!
Route 66 Cruisin’ Reunion
Held annually on the third weekend of September in Rialto Ca, the Route 66 Cruisin’ Reunion is two action packed days of classic cruisers, hot rods, and more! Gonzales Tacos will be serving it up authentic and fresh as always. Stop by for some fantastic food while your there.
